Homecoming Neon Lights Dance

This years homecoming dance theme was neon lights. When planning this event I tried to think of every and anything that was neon! We incorporated some uv lights and had lots of glow sticks to help people feel like neon vibe that we were going for. The neon lights dance was a success from the music played to the turn out!

Military Formal

This week I went to a Military Ball. This was my first one every and it is definitely not my last as I am marrying a military man. At the ball I was able to talk to many of his friends that he as made over the years and see how they interacted with each other. I was so happy to see that he had man Christian friends because I think that is very important in the Army.

I can’t even believe that all these years have gone by! Two of these girls have been my friends for my whole life! I am hoping that in ten years from now my throwback is of my friends and I from college and I hope we are all still as close as we are now!

Shop til you DROP

This Labor day weekend was a great weekend for sales. One of the best malls in my area , The Chicago Fashion Outlet Mall, had some fabulous sales. I definitely spent more than I wanted especially since school payments are due September 10, but it was all worth it. After shopping Lisa and I enjoyed some home cooked food with my parents. It’s nice that i live so close to home because going home is very¬†convenient.¬†

Senior Year

I can’t believe it is my senior year already! It seems like time has gone by fast. I remember my freshman year living in Johnson and building the friendships that I still have three years later. It has been a blessing to be able to meet friends that I know will be around for the rest of my life. I am sad to be graduating a semester early, but I am happy because it gives me time to figure out life before I get married.

Sunshine Camp

20140805-114545.jpg I had so much fun with this group of lovely ladies! These ladies might have a disability but they have huge hearts. I love going to sunshine camp because it teaches you a lot of patience as you have to look after your camper 24/7 and make sure they are taking medicine baths and enjoying their time. I love sunshine camp!
